Are the course content and labs available immediately after purchase?

Yes, both the course and labs (if applicable) are available immediately after purchase. If the course has an accompanying exam, then it cannot be attempted until 7 days has passed.

Do your labs support multiple geographical regions?

Yes, your IP address is used to determine the best delivery region for the lab instance. The available regions are:
London, Ashburn, Seattle, Veritas, and Singapore.

If a VPN is used while launching a lab, the instance will be geolocated to the country the VPN is configured for. You should also expect this to negatively impact the lab's performance.

How do I claim a PPP discount?

Simply click the 'Buy Now' button on a course page and any appliable discount is applied at checkout automatically.

Do you offer student or veteran discounts?
